ripple Pro
Field + office software for lake & pond professionals

Every pond you manage, remembered.
Every visit, your standard of care.

The technician's phone, the manager's dashboard, and the board's portal, all reading one living record of every water body you manage.

One record. Three views. Zero re-entry.

Offline in the field · Synced to the office · Read by the board
The business, not just the water

You're not really in the algae business.
You're in the labor and trust business.

The chemistry is the easy part. What erodes margin is turnover, paperwork, and clients who can't see the work. Ripple Pro is built around those four problems.

01

Turnover erases know-how

A tech quits, and years of what works on this pond leave in the truck with him. The new hire starts at zero.

02

The paperwork that keeps an account

EPA numbers, applicators, conditions. Captured after hours, one evening at a time.

03

"When are you coming?"

Boards call because they can't see the work. Every call is a free status report.

04

Revenue left on the table

Recurring problems get noticed in the field and forgotten by the office.

Why I built this
“I spent a decade in lake management. The hardest part was never the water. It was watching a good technician leave and take years of pond knowledge out the door with him. Which cove blooms first in June. What finally knocked back the watermeal on the back pond. Which board member walks the shoreline every morning. None of it written down. All of it gone in a two week notice. I built Ripple Pro so that knowledge stays with the pond, and a new tech can work at the caliber of the tenured guy in his first season instead of his fifth.”
Founder, Ripple Pro
One record, three views

Log it once. Everyone sees it.

The technician logs the work. The dashboard and the board's portal read the same record. Nothing is typed twice, and nothing lives only in someone's head.

The technician's phone

Service the pond

Chemistry, a photo diagnosis with honest confidence, guidance filtered to the truck and the state, a GPS-stamped log. No signal required.

The manager's dashboard

Run the book

Every account and pond, status and next action. Water alerts between visits. What's working, and where.

The board's view

Show the work

A portal that answers "when are you coming?" before the call. A monthly report with the proof attached.

In the field

A service visit that documents itself.

Built to back the technician, not look over their shoulder.

Ripple Pro service visit screen: a pond photo diagnosed as algae with species suggestions, a possible blue-green flag, and moderate confidence with a confirm-before-treating note
Honest confidence. A real read, species suggestions, and a flag the moment blue-green is possible.
Ripple Pro safety stop screen for possible blue-green algae, with notify, PPE, treat-in-sections, and signage guidance, and a button to log the reviewed safety stop
The safety stop. Possible cyanobacteria halts treatment talk until it's reviewed and logged.
Ripple Pro what-to-use screen recommending a peroxide algaecide, holding the spray for forecast rain, with a coverage picker that sizes the label dose
Weather in the call. Rain coming, hold the spray. Coverage picks the label dose.
In the office

See and run the whole fleet.

What the field captures becomes what the office knows, the moment it syncs.

Ripple Pro dashboard fleet overview showing a fleet health score with six-month trend, pond status distribution across 180 ponds, overdue accounts, ponds needing attention, toxin alerts, revenue opportunities, and account, site, visit, and technician counts
The fleet, live. Health, overdue accounts, toxin alerts, and opportunities, synced from the field. Shown with sample data.
  • Fleet at a glance. Every account, every pond, what needs action.
  • The digital twin. Depth, chemistry, treatments, and crew corrections, fused per pond. What turnover used to erase, kept.
  • Water alerts and what works. Ponds trending wrong get flagged. Treatments that move the numbers get named.
  • Evidence-based opportunities. Recurring problems become program proposals, backed by the pond's own history.
  • Team, roles, recovery. Invite techs, scope access, restore a lost phone without losing the book.
For the client

Proof your boards can see.

Give the board a read-only link and the calls stop. Once a month, one tap builds the report: trends, before and after photos, the application record attached.

The question of what they're paying for answers itself. That's the meeting where contracts renew.

Ripple Pro monthly board report: a plain-English portfolio summary noting stable waterbodies and no toxin advisories, tiles for portfolio health, waterbodies, service visits, applications, and toxin advisories, a six-month health trend, and before and after treatment photos with dated health scores
The renewal meeting, prepared. A plain-English summary, before and after proof, and the audit-ready application record. Sample data.
Why it compounds

Satellites see the surface.
You measure the bottom.

Monitoring from above is getting good at spotting change. What it can't collect is what your crew touches every week: measured ground truth. Dated water chemistry, dissolved oxygen, what was applied and what happened after, and the watershed feeding each basin.

Every visit adds to it. Depth soundings, chemistry, and treatments fuse into a digital twin of each pond, the deepest account of how that water behaves, and it can only be built standing at the water's edge.

Ripple Pro digital twin for North Pond: an interactive 3D bathymetry model with depth zones, acreage, average and max depth, a stratification note, and water chemistry trend cards for phosphorus, dissolved oxygen, clarity, pH, ammonia, and nitrate
North Pond's digital twin. Measured depth, stratification, and the chemistry a satellite can't see. Sample data.
Run on your own numbers

Every visit is also a data point.

Compliance records double as the most valuable dataset in your company. Every product tied to a pond. Every outcome tied to a treatment. Gut calls become lookups.

Ripple Pro pond trajectory chart showing health over six months, and a bloom-risk forecast rated high for the next 14 days with drivers of high and climbing phosphorus, falling oxygen, and declining clarity, plus a recommendation to pre-treat and address the driver
The record, looking forward. Bloom risk scored from this pond's own phosphorus, oxygen, and clarity trends, with the pre-treat call attached. Sample data.
From the record

Where is product actually going?

Chemical use rolls up by pond, account, and season. No extra entry.

From the record

What actually works here?

Effectiveness reads score movement after each application, pond by pond and fleet-wide.

From the record

Which water keeps coming back?

Chronic issues surface ahead of the bloom, with the history attached to sell the program.

In development

What does each pond really cost?

Add costs and contract values and the record becomes pond-level profitability: what earns, what runs underwater, what to bid.

A filing cabinet is paper. This is an asset. At renewal, and one day at exit.

Everything in the box

How the beta works

A small pilot, built to be easy to say yes to.

01

Your ponds load first.

Send the communities you service and your sites are outlined on satellite before day one. Your first open shows your book of business, not an empty app.

02

Small scope, 60 days.

One crew or branch, two to four techs. It runs alongside whatever you use for scheduling today. Nothing gets ripped out.

03

Free while we're in beta.

No card. No contract. Software for honest feedback.

04

A direct line to me.

Fifteen minutes a week, and fixes ship over the air in days, not quarters. You are never routed to support.

05

Your data stays yours.

Every visit, treatment, and water test exports to CSV anytime. If you walk away, it goes with you.

See it on your own ponds.

Tell me which communities you service and I'll have your ponds mapped and loaded before our first call. The beta is in the field now with crews from single trucks to multi-state teams, and you'll be working directly with me.
